摘要
高原、寒区、热区、沙漠、海岛等特殊环境不同于一般陆地的常温环境,将会对战创伤造成较大的影响。不同的地理环境、气象特点将导致战创伤后不同的伤情变化、机体反应与转归,其临床处理亦截然不同,临床不宜以单一的陆地常温环境下的战创伤处理原则作为一切环境条件下战创伤的处理准则与标准。重视并积极开展特殊环境条件下的战创伤救治研究,旨在探寻出不同环境条件下战创伤的不同伤情特点与变化规律、不同的初期外科处理方法与救治措施,从而提高特殊环境下的战创伤救治水平。本文重点叙述了不同环境下战创伤有着不同的局部与全身损伤特点与变化规律;强调了开展此项研究的重要性;提出了特殊环境下战创伤救治研究的重点。
Special climate and geographical environments, such as high altitude, cold, hot and humid regions, desert sea, and island, exert great effects on war injuries. Medical care in such special environments should be very different from that in normal ones because the special climate and geographical conditions will surely result in special wound development, body response, and surgical treatment. So its not proper to treat war injuries in special environments just the same as doctors do in a normal one. To enhance the skills and outcomes of medical care in special climate and geographical environments, we should pay more attention to the research on war injuries and their medical care in special environments. This paper discusses different features of war injuries, both local and systemic, in different environments and highlights the importance of research in this domain. The authors also suggest some key points in the research on the medical care of war injuries in special environments.
