摘要
目的 探讨海水浸泡火器伤骨骼肌组织的病理特点 ,为海上战伤早期伤口处理提供理论依据。方法 以滑膛枪发射质量为 0 .3 8g的钢珠 ,速度为 60 0~ 80 0m/s ,钢珠击中兔后肢 ,分别将致伤兔浸泡于海水中 3 0min和 1h ,于伤后取材光镜观察。结果 海水浸泡火器伤肌组织损伤程度、范围以及过度炎症反应明显重于单纯火器伤组 ,浸泡时间越长 ,组织损伤越重。结论 火器伤合并海水浸泡可加重组织继发损伤。
Objective To investigate the pathological characteristics of skeletal muscle in firearm wound with seawater immersion, for providing some theoritical basis for early management of wound in sea war. Methods All rabbits were randomly divided into two groups: the sea water immersion group and control group. The steel sphere (weighing 0.38 g, impact velocity 600-800 m/s) was used to shot the thigh of the rabbits. Then the rabbits were immersed in seawater for 30 min or 1 h. At intervals, the tissues of skeletal muscle surrounding the wound track were excised for microscopical observation. Results The degree and range of injury to skeletal muscle and hyperinflammation in the immersion group were more severe than, that of control group. The longer the immersion time, the more severe the wound was. Conclusion The firearm wounds with seawater immersion could aggravate the secondary injury of the tissue.
