摘要
研究2,4-二氯-6-乙基-5-氟嘧啶的合成工艺。以2,4-二氯-5-氟嘧啶为原料,先与格氏试剂反应,再催化氧化得到2,4-二氯-6-乙基-5-氟嘧啶。研究了不同配比、反应时间等因素对转化率的影响,为实现工业化生产提供了理论基础。
A process for the preparation of 2,4-Dichloro-6-ethyl-5-fluoropyrimidine is reported. 2,4-Dichloro-5-fluoropyrimidine is used as the starting material. It first reacts with the Grinard reagent and then oxidizes catalytically to form 2,4-dichloro-6-ethyl-5-fluoropyrimidine. The influential factors such as the ratio of reagents and reaction time,are investigated. This provides work a base for future commercial production.
