摘要
目的设计合成三氮唑丙醇类含氮化合物 ,以寻找较好的抗真菌药物。方法以间二氟苯为原料 ,经 4步反应制得目标化合物。结果共合成 11个化合物 ,经IR和1H NMR确证其结构。结论所合成的 11个化合物中 。
Aim To design and synthesize a series of the triazole propanol derivatives containing nitrogen,and to study their antifungal activities.Methods The target compounds were synthesized from 1,3 difluorobenzene in four steps.Results Eleven new compounds were obtained and their structures were confirmed by IR and 1H NMR.Conclusion Among the eleven new compounds,ten compounds had antifungal activities to different degrees.
