摘要
利用系统的思路和价值链的分析方法对我国企业技术中心管理的运行机理进行了探讨,针对目前我国企业技术中心管理上存在的问题,提出了价值导向管理的概念,并阐述了技术中心价值导向管理的内涵。在此基础上,提出了技术中心价值导向管理的集成模型。认为技术中心是一个价值创造单位,其管理过程是一个价值创造过程,因此,技术中心的管理必须以价值为导向,系统解决时间的延续性和空间的拓展性的融合问题,形成价值机会的寻找、获取能力和市场价值的实现能力,才能为企业的核心竞争力的塑造和可持续发展提供强有力的支撑。
The present article is a study of the mechanisms of T. C. M (technology center management) in China within the framework of system theory and chain of value analysis, and a summary the experience of the construction of E. T. C. (enterprises′ technology center) in China, on the basis of which the concept of valueoriented management (VOM) is proposed. Also proposed are the following models of management: the integrated model, the interactive model of four innovation mechanisms and the interactive valueadding 'Double T' model. Since E.T.C. is a unit within an organization for creating value, its management should be valueoriented. T.C.M. should help organization build their capacities to generate value. In this sense, an E.T. C. can help to sharpen an enterprise′s cuttingedge and support its sustainable development.
