The Synergy of Technology Innovation Elements on Enterprise Innovation Performance

摘要依据相关文献及研究假设,构建了企业技术创新绩效影响机理的理论模型。在对样本企业进行问卷调查基础上,运用结构方程模型对创新绩效的影响机理进行实证分析。结果表明,企业内部创新要素的协同、企业与外部创新要素的协同对企业技术创新能力以及技术创新绩效都起到积极显著的直接影响作用,且技术创新能力具有部分中介效应。 According to the relevant literature and hypothesis, a theoretical model is estab- lished to test the influence factors of enterprise innovation performance. Based on questionnaire survey, empirical analysis has been done using the method of structural equation model The re- sults show that the synergy of technology innovation elements has significantly and directly effects on innovation capacity and innovation performance. And innovation capacity has partial in- termediary effect.
