摘要 从企业社会资本与技术创新的关系研究入手,提出企业社会资本影响技术创新绩效的概念模型与理论假设,并通过对我国210家企业的问卷调查和多元回归分析,深入分析了企业社会资本是如何通过对资源获取的作用来影响企业的技术创新绩效. From studying the relationship between firm＇s social capital and S＆T innovation, it puts out the concept model and theoretical hypotheses; it also analyzes the relationship between them through questionnaire investigation with a sample of 210 firms and by the method of multi-regression analysis.
