摘要
本文就苎麻软麻所用乳化油的配方及给乳率采用正交试验的办法分析研究其对梳麻条、精梳条、成纱质量、精梳工序制成率、梳麻条和精梳条含油率的影响,提出了比较合理的软麻乳化油的配方和给乳率。
This artical deals with the emulsion dosage and oiling parameters of ramie softing processing. The experiments were designed to investigate the effect of oil on the quality of carded slivers, combed slivers and end yarns. On the basis of that, the optimun of emulsion dosage and oiling parameters were put forward.
