摘要
由于结晶度、表面电荷等因素,苎麻纤维染色较为困难。采用物理或化学方法降低纤维结晶度、改变纤维表面电荷往往能达到改善纤维染色性能和提高服用性能的目的。研究采用反应型季铵盐接枝变性剂,配以非离子型表面活性剂对植物油加以乳化,得到苎麻阳离子变性油剂,并对其进行中试。结果表明,阳离子改性精干麻的色泽、柔软度、硬条率、梳成率均明显优于传统精干麻,具有优良的手感和梳纺性能。
Due to its high crystal degree and negative surface charge, ramie fiber is difficult to be dyed. We added reactive quaternary ammonium salt into emulsified oil to have cation modified oil for ramie fiber made and tested. The result shows that the modified ramie fiber dealed with the oil have better performances in brightness, softness, runner rate and tearage and is of fine hand feel and better carding and spirmability.
