摘要
采用浓度均为10%的FD-ZY04B苎麻软麻油和生物柴油两种试剂,以纱线的硬挺度、断裂强力和毛细效应作为评判标准,探讨大麻纱线汽蒸法快速养生工艺,通过改变油纱比和汽蒸时间得出最佳工艺。用FD-ZY04B苎麻软麻油整理的最佳工艺为油纱比0.4,汽蒸30 min,用生物柴油整理的最佳工艺为油纱比0.5,汽蒸75 min。采用苎麻软麻油处理的纱线整体效果优于生物柴油。
The study on fast softening finishing of hemp yarn based on steaming is carried out by using FD - ZY04B ramie oil and biodieselof both 10% concentrations as test agent and by changing ratio of yarn against softening agent and steaming time. And yarn stiffness, breaking strength and capillary effect are taken as a judgement standard. From this experiment, the best technology of ramie oil finishing and bio - diesel finishing is softening agent/yarn ratio being 0.4 and 0.5 and steaming time being 30 min and 75 min respectively. The softening finishing by FD - ZY04B oil is superior to that by bio - diesel.
