摘要
运用三因素五水平二次正交旋转组合设计,研究了赤霉素、烯效唑和抑芽敏对苎麻纤维支数的影响,建立了相应的实用数学模型:Y=1507.98-91.76x1+25.92x2-22x3-0.67x12-24.01x22-64.63x1x2+16.38x1x3+67.63x2x3。经模拟选优得出,当赤霉素取0mg/kg;烯效唑取20mg/kg;抑芽敏取714mg/kg时,纤维支数达最大值2036.36,这个方程可作为反馈试验及大面积推广应用的基础。
The orthogonal rotated combination design on the basis of three factors and five levels was used to investigate the effects of GA3, uniconazole and prime on fineness of fibre. A mathematical model was established as Y=1507.98-91.76x1+25.92x2-22x3-0.67x12-24.01x22-64.63x1x2+16.38x1x3+67.63x2x3.It was concluded from the model that when GA3,uniconazole and prime was 0mg/kg, 20mg/kg and 714mg/kg respectively, the fineness of fiber was the highest(2036.36). The model would be the foundation for feedback trial and popularization.
