摘要
研究了不同时期喷施复合植物生长调节剂对小麦植株生理特性、子粒灌浆及产量形成的影响。结果表明,复合生长调节剂处理均能增加小麦叶片叶绿素含量,提高SOD活性,但施用时期、施用量及种类不同,其效果有差异。拔节前施用MET混DPC能有效地促根、增蘖、壮秆、降低株高。孕穗期施用FA混GA3和BR混FA可显著地减少不孕小穗数,增加穗粒数和粒重。扬花期施用的BR混FA和GA3混FA可明显的增加灌浆强度,提高千粒日增重。其中以拔节期喷施MET混DPC,扬花期喷施GA3混FA的综合化控处理效果最好,比对照增产15.2%。
The study was carried out on effects of spraying plant regulators on plant morphology,physiology and grain filling of wheat.The results indicated that the chlorophyll content and SOD activity were increased remarkably by spraying plant growth regulators.Different response existed among the different kinds of regulators,the spraying dates and the spraying rates.Spraying MET mixed with DPC before elongation stage increased the number of second root and tiller,decreased the heihgt of plant and strengthened the stalk of wheat. Spraying GA 3 mixed with FA and BR mixed with FA at booting stage increased the kernel number per spike and kernel weihgt significantly. Spraying GA 3 mixed with FA and BR mixed with FA at flowering stage enhanced the filling intensity and increased the dry weight accumulation of kernel per day.The treatment of spraying MET mixed with DPC before elongation stage and GA 3 mixed with FA at flowering stage had the best effect,which increased the yield by 15.2%.
