Improving Fiber Yield and Quality by Using Growth Regulators

摘要 1995~1997年在江西农业大学实验基地采用正交设计筛选苎麻化控剂最佳配方并摸索合理的喷药时期和次数以及三麻控花效果。4种药剂对三季麻总增产作用依次为L>K>N>J,增加支数作用K>L>N>J。H1和H3两配方三季麻均增产15%~20%,三麻支数提高361和635支,与理论分析筛选的最优配方基本相符,H1和H3的原麻含胶量亦降低0.7~1.0个百分点,300μL·L-1PGR1可使三麻增产15%左右,支数提高200支以上,经济合理的化控方案是各季麻苗期喷施H1或H31次,三麻始花期喷PGR1次,每次用药液量750kg·hm-2,经济性状协调增长,以及光合能力提高和抗逆性增强是化控剂增产增质的发育基础和生理原因。 The experiments were conducted at the experimental station of JAU during 1995~1997 to screen the best formulas of the four kinds of regulators L, N, K and J by using orthogonal design, and to find out the reasonable application scheme of the regulators and the effectiveness of reproductive organ inhibitor. The importance of the regulators is as that L>K>N>J for increasing raw fiber yield (RFY), and that K>L>N>J for improving single fiber fineness (SFF). The best formulas H 1 and H 3 consisted well with the theoretically perfect ones from statistical analysis, raised RFY by 15% to 20% or more, heightened SFF by 361 and 635 m.g -1 , and decreased the gum content by 0.7 to 1.0 points of percentage. PGR 1 of 300 μL.·L -1 treatment reduced the reproductive organ weight by 98% and enhanced the RFY by about 15% and SFF by more than 200 m·g -1 of the third cutting (fall season). Spraying once with H 1 or H 3 for every cutting during its early growth stage and once with PGR 1 at the early flowering season of the third cutting are the proper schemes of growth regulation for ramie. The coordinate improvements of yield components and the increases of photosynthetic rate and stress resistance constituted the developmental and physiological bases of yield and quality enhancement caused by the regulators.
