摘要
在金川龙首矿对多机并联空气幕的增阻作用进行现场试验研究。结果表明 ,在主斜坡道的同一断面、巷道两侧硐室内 ,用 4台风机并联组成的空气幕对斜坡道的进风流增阻起到了调节风窗的作用 ,当大气温度低于 -10℃时 ,主斜坡道的空气幕全开 ,大气温度为 0~ -10℃时 ,开一侧空气幕 ,大气温度大于 0℃时 ,空气幕不开 ,均可确保主斜坡道内的进风量小于 5 0m3/s,有效保护了新 1#主井和新 2 #副井内的提升设备。
The spot investigation on the application of air curtain with multi-parallel fans as of airway a resistance is conducted in Jinchuan Longshou Mine. The air curtain with four parallel fans is installed in both side of the cross-cut of main brae tunnel. The air curtain significantly plays a role as an adjusting air window. Under -10℃ fans in both sides in working, at 0~-10℃ the fans in one side in working, and over 0℃ all fans of both sides in rest, the air flow in main brae tunnel is insured less than 50m 3/s, and the equipments in the 1 # and 2 # new skip shaft are effectively protected in some extent.
