摘要
本文以有效压力平衡原理为基础,对空气幕需风量、动压功率与其它参数之间的关系进行了分析并给出了具体表达式。对相对有效功率表达式进行数学处理,结合实验结果给出空气幕参数的合理范围。提出机组联合运行时隔断能力的计算式并得到实验验证。给出了从节省功耗角度出发的矿山空气幕参数设计法。 本设计法已在部分矿山的空气幕设计中得到应用,收到了较好的效果。
Based on the effective pressure equilibrium principle, two formulae to calculate the discharge volume and the velocity pressure power of air curtains are presented.Combining the analysis of the relative effective power formula and the experimental results,a rational range of two main parameters(K and )is given.Two formulae to calculate the air-stopping ability of multiple air curtains are presented and are verified with experimental results. According to the power-consumption saving principle,a design method for air curtain parameters is abtained.This design method has been used in some mines and operating results of the air curtains are quite good.
