摘要
目的 探讨淫羊藿对家兔骨折愈合的影响及机制。方法 制作家兔桡骨骨折动物模型,随机将其分为两组,实验组给予淫羊藿煎液口服,对照组给自来水,通过X光片及组织形态学观察两组骨折愈合的差异,并作TGF—β1及VEGF免疫组化染色。结果 淫羊藿实验组的骨痂生长、骨质重建、髓腔再通均早于对照组;骨折后24天TGF—β1及VEGF免疫组化显色实验组均明显深于对照组,骨折后34天TGF—β1实验组显色更深,而VEGF两组显色无明显差异,骨折后42天,TGF—β1及VEGF免疫组化显色两组均无明显差异。结论 淫羊藿通过促进VEGF及TGF—β1的表达,而促进血管的再生、成骨细胞及软骨细胞的增殖分化,提高破骨细胞的数量与活性,从而最终促进了骨折愈合。
Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of Epimidium on rab-
bits fracture healing. Methods Models of fracture of radius of rabbits were made and di-
vided into experimental group and control group at random, the former were given Epimid-
ium and the latter were given tap water. The difference of fracture healing of two groups
was observed by X-ray、tissue morphologic and immunohistochemisty of TGF-β1、VEGF.
Results Growth of callus、bony remodeling and recanalization of medullary cavity of exper-
imental group were earlier than control group; dyeing of immunohistochemisty of TGF-β1
and VEGF of experimental group was more density than control group in 24 days; dyeing of
VEGF was similar between two groups in 34 days; dyeing of immunohistochemisty of
TGF-β1 and VEGF was similar between two groups in 42 days. Conclusion Epimidium
can promote fracture healing of rabbits by enhancing expression of TGF-β1 and VEGF、pro-
moting regeneration of vascellum、 proliferation and differentiation of osteoblast and chon-
drocyte、advancing quantity and activity of osteoclast.
