摘要
目的 :利用大鼠制备骨折二期愈合模型。方法 SD :大鼠股骨中段分别给予 ( 1 )骨折切开髓内针固定 (髓内针置于髓腔内 ,不外露 )、( 2 )骨折切开髓内针固定 (髓内针股骨远端外露 )、( 3)闭合骨折髓内针固定和 ( 4 )闭合骨折不固定四种方法处理 ,术后X线摄片和组织学检查。结果 :骨折切开髓内针固定且针不外露组骨折重演二期愈合过程 ,效果最好。其他三组个别骨折愈合良好 ,但是大多数对位不佳 ,发生不愈合。结论 :骨折切开髓内针固定且针不外露的方法可以建立骨折二期愈合模型。
Objective:To develop a secondary healing model of fracture in rat.Methods:The femurs of the SD rats were cut with and fixed by (1)intramedullary pin into the femur (a pin completely within marrow cavity) and (2)intramedullary pin (a pin out of the distal femur).The femurs were broken down by hands and then were disposed of either fixation by (3)intramedullary pin inserting from the distal femur or by (4)free.The fractured femurs were detected by X ray and histology.Results:The secondary healing occured mainly in fractures immobilized by intramedullary pin completely within marrow cavity,while fractures in other groups mainly had nonunion,Conclusion:A secondary healing model can be developed through immobilizing the fracture by intramedullary pin completely within marrow cavity.
