摘要
本研究选用矮变1号、冬协2号为主要矮源,通过株高的常规遗传分析、单体分析和赤霉酸(GA_3)鉴定,分析了矮源品种矮秆基因的遗传特点。结果表明:矮变1号受一对不完全显性矮杆基因控制,其株高和胚乳皆对 GA_3不敏感。蚰包的衍生系冬协2号、CA8333和农林10号的衍生系 G-230携带有相同的一对隐性矮秆基因 Rht2,且位于4D 染色体上,其株高对 GA_3不敏感,但胚乳对 GA_3敏感。花培矮携带两对 GA_3不敏感的隐性矮秆基因,其中一对与冬协2号和G-230的相同。
Genetic studies by conventional method,monosomic analysis,and response togibberellic acid(GA_3)in the seedlings and endosperms were conducted for a prelimi-nary evaluation of several sources of dwarfness in common wheat crosses.The resultsshowed that Ai-bian 1 carried an incomplete dominant dwarfing gene,and its seed-ling and endosperm were GA_3-insensitive.Dongxie 2 and CA8333(both are Youbaoderivatives)and G-230(with Norin 10 pedigree)carried the same recessive dwarfinggene Rht_2,which was located on chromosome 4D as confirmed from monosomic ana-lysis.Its seedling was GA_3-insensitive but its endosperm was sensitive to GA_3.Huapei Ai possessed two recessive dwarfing genes to GA_3-insensitivity,one of whichwas similar to that of Dongxie 2 or G-230.
