摘要
利用小麦矮秆基因Rht-B1b、Rht-D1b的4对特异分子标记,NH-BF和MR1、NH-BF和WR1.2、DF和MR2、DF和WR2,对山东小麦品种中矮秆基因Rht-B1b及Rht-D1b的分布情况进行了分子标记鉴定,结果表明在鉴定的150个品种中有20.67%含有Rht-B1b基因,有54.00%含有Rht-D1b基因,二者合计为74.67%;同时含有Rht-B1b和Rht-D1b2个矮秆基因的仅占3.33%。表明山东小麦矮化育种中Rht-D1b基因的利用远高于Rht-B1b。
Four pair molecular markers, NH-BF and MR1, NH-BF and WR1.2, DF and MR2, and DF and WR2, specific for the discrimination between mutant (dwarf) Rht-B1b and Rht-D1b and their wild-type alleles, are used for study the distribution of Rht-B1b, Rht-D1b in the varieties of Shandong province. The screening of 150 cultivars reveals that 20.67% and 54.0% contains Rht-B1b, or Rht-D1b, respectively. Even though up to 74.67% contains one of the Rht-B1b and Rht-D1b dwarf genes, only 3.33% contains both of them. Our result clearly indicates that the Rht-D1b is more widely adopted in the dwarfing breeding of Shandong province.
