感染性心内膜炎87例临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的分析感染性心内膜炎(IE)临床特征及辅助检查的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析近11年来87例IE确诊患者的临床表现,统计血培养、超声心动图在IE诊断中敏感性。结果87例中即往有心脏病史72例,发热67例(77%),胸闷气促53例(60.9%),栓塞征8例(9.2%);80例作血培养,阳性33例(41.3%),病原菌株计17种;82例超声检查,发现赘生物72例(87.8%)。54例经手术治疗;病死率10.3%(9/87)。结论超声心电图检查敏感性高于血培养,但亦有假阴性发生。
