摘要 综述骨形态发生蛋白(bonemorphogenicprotein,BMP)的成骨机理及其复合人工骨和局部基因疗法在治疗骨缺损中的研究进展。广泛查阅近期有关BMP修复骨缺损的研究文献。BMP可诱导间充质细胞分化为成骨细胞和成软骨细胞而促进新骨形成,并具有强大的异位成骨作用。载体或局部基因释放的BMP可有效修复骨缺损。BMP的人工骨和局部基因疗法研究为修复骨缺损提供了新途经。 We reviewed the recent advances made in research on bone morphogenic protein regarding its mechanism of osteogenesis and on effect of combined human bone and local gene therapy in bone defect repairing. The literature concerning bone morphogenic protein in repairing bone defect was reviewed extensively. Since bone morphogenic protein can induce mesenchymal cells to differentiate towards osteoblast and chondroblasts, it can promote formation of new bone, and at the same time it exerts strong effect on ectopic bone formation. Bone morphogenic protein, which is released from carrier or local gene, can repair bone defect effectively. The research on bone morphogenic protein and its combined human bone and local gene therapy afford new ways for bone defect repairing.
