摘要
目的 探讨血清结合珠蛋白的遗传多态性与白血病的关系。 方法 应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳技术 ,分析急性白血病患者的 HP表型分布。 结果 急性白血病患者 HP0型、HP1 - 1型频率均高于对照组 ,同时其 HP1基因频率也高于对照组。 结论 HP1基因与急性白血病的发生可能有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between haptoglobin(HP) genetic polymorphism and acute leukemia. Methods The phenotypes of haptoglobin were studied in 159 patients with acute leukemia by means of polyacryamide gel electrophoresis. The gene frequencies in two groups of patients were calculated and compared with controls. Result The HP0 and HP1-1 type frequency and the genetic frequency of HP1 in patients with acute leukemia was significantly higher. Conclusion HP1 allele may be related to acute leukemia.;
