摘要
结合珠蛋白(Hp)是一种酸性糖蛋白,属急性期反应蛋白之一,由于所含轻链类型的不同,结合珠蛋白具有遗传多态性。结合珠蛋白主要在肝脏合成,此外在肝外组织如人的子宫内膜异位症组织及小肠上皮内有Hp mRNA表达;在小鼠的肝、肺、脂肪细胞及皮肤组织也有Hp mRNA表达,并且其表达受脂多糖(lipopolysaccha-ride,LPS)、细胞因子、激素等的调节。结合珠蛋白不同的表现型在临床上有不同的生物学功能,其多型性与许多炎症性疾病包括感染性疾病、动脉粥样硬化、自身免疫性疾病等的发生及发展有关。
Haptoglobin( Hp), one of the acute phase proteins, is an acid glycoprotein. Hp polymorphism arises from variant a-chains. Synthesis of Hp is mostly in liver, in addition haptoglobin mRNA is expressed in other tissues, including endometriotic lesions, intestinal epithelium of human; liver, lung, adipose tissue cells, skin of mouse. Haptoglobin expression is accommodated by lipopolysaccharide, cytokine, hormone. Haptoglobin polymorphism is associated with the prevalence and clinical evolution of many inflammatory diseases, including infections, atherosclerosis, and autoimmune disorders.
