摘要
金竹山电厂锅炉设计全部燃烧金竹山地区的无烟煤 ,属于国内最难燃烧煤种之一。锅炉按额定负荷设计 ,未考虑调峰要求。通过多年的调峰试验研究和运行实践 ,针对锅炉调峰试验过程中出现的问题 ,相应采取了各项行之有效的技术改造措施 ,使锅炉能同时满足机组的低负荷和两班制调峰的要求。
All the boilers of Jin Zhushan Power Plant are designed to combust the local anthracite which is a kind of coal most difficult to combust. The boilers are designed according to the allowed load without considering the demands of partial loads. Through years' partial loads test study and operating practice,aiming at the problems arising during the tests of partial loads,all kinds of technical reforming measures have been taken to make the boiler meet the needs of both low load of the unit and the partial loads of the daily start stop.
