摘要
研究了PET/COPET共混物的流变性能,考察了纤维结构,探讨了碱水解条件对纤维的力学性能和导湿性能的影响。结果表明:PET/COPET共混物与PET的流动特性相似,但粘度较低。纤维具有中空多孔结构,微孔半径随碱水解时间延长而增大。纤维线密度和强度均随碱水解时间的延长和温度的升高而减小。经碱水解后,织物的导湿率均在98%以上。
The rheological behavior of PET/COPET blends was studied, as was the structure of their fibers. The effects of alkaline hydrolysis conditions on the mechanical properties and moisture transportability were discussed. The results showed that the rheological behavior of PET/COPET blends was similar to that of pure PET, but PET/COPET blends had lower viscosity. Their fibers had a cellular structure. The microcellular radius was increased while increasing the alkaline hydrolysis time. The linear density and strength were decreased with the increase of alkaline hydrolysis time and temperature. The moisture transportability of their fabric was above 98% after alkaline hydrolysis.
