摘要
以混合低分子二元酸、多元醇为原料,采用一步聚合法制备了高透明复合薄膜用双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂的主剂,研究了对苯二甲酸(PTA)、低分子多元醇A、低分子多元醇B、醇酸比和催化剂对胶粘剂性能的影响。结果表明:当醇酸比为1.15,PTA的用量为所用低分子二元酸物质的量的37.5%,低分子多元醇A的用量为所用低分子多元醇物质的量的1.5%,低分子多元醇B的用量为所用低分子多元醇物质的量的15%时,可以制得满足复合薄膜工艺要求的高透明聚氨酯胶粘剂主剂。
The main agent of the highly transparent polyurethane adhesive for composite film was synthesized by some particular kinds of dicarboxylic acid and low molecular weight polyol within one step. Effects of different amounts of PTA, low molecular weight polyol A and low molecular weight polyol B, ratios of alcohol to acid and types of catalysts on the properties of the polyurethane adhesive were studied. The results showed that the polyurethane adhesive was ideally prepared when mol content of PTA was 37. 5 % in the whole amount of dicarboxylic acid, the mol content of low molecular weight polyol B was 15 % in the whole amount of low molecular weight polyol, the tool content of low molecular weight polyol C was 1. 5% in the in whole amount of low molecular weight polyol, the mole ratio of alcohol to acid was 1.15 : 1.
