多孔聚酯FDY制备及其结构性能分析

摘要 探讨多孔聚酯全拉伸丝(FDY)的制备及性能,并与前期课题组已制备的相同组分的多孔预取向丝(POY)和拉伸变形丝(DTY)进行对比分析。实验结果表明,FDY经酸碱处理后在其内部形成了孔隙结构,最佳碱酸处理工艺参数为质量分数4%的NaOH及质量分数3%的HCl,这与多孔聚酯POY和DTY相同。三种类型多孔长丝的红外光谱特征峰与热分解温度一致,碱酸处理前后FDY及POY的热分解曲线一致,FDY及DTY的比表面积变化趋势一致,FDY的N_(2)吸附量最高;多孔FDY与多孔DTY断裂强度相近,多孔DTY断裂伸长率最高,相比之下,多孔POY断裂强度、断裂伸长率均最低。 The objective of this paper was to explore the preparation and properties of porous polyester fullydrawn filaments(FDY)and to compare and analyse them with porous pre-oriented filaments(POY)and stretch deformed filaments(DTY)with the same composition that had been prepared by the previous group.The experimental findings demonstrated that after acid and alkali treatment,the FDY underwent a pore formation process internally,and the optimal parameters of acid and alkali treatment process were determined to be 4%mass fraction NaOH and 3%mass fraction HCl,which were equivalent to those of the porous polyester POY and DTY.The characteristic peaks of the infrared spectra of the three types of porous filaments were consistent with the thermal decomposition temperature.The thermal decomposition curves of FDY and POY before and after acid and alkali treatment were the same,the change trends of the specific surface area of FDY and DTY were consistent with each other,and N_(2)adsorption amount of FDY was observed to be the highest.The fracture strengths of porous FDY and porous DTY were similar,the elongation at break of porous DTY was the highest,by contrast,the breaking strength and elongation at break of porous POY were the lowest.
