摘要
以基于影响系数法的数值方法讨论了滚子凸型对接触压力分布的影响,包括有限长线接触条件下的接触压力奇异性和压力集中问题。指出滚子凸度设计必须避免接触压力的奇异分布,并减小压力集中。因此,Lundberg对数凸型是滚子设计中的优化凸型,其凸度量按使用条件确定。本文的结论还适用于其他机器零件(齿轮、凸轮等)的线接触副设计。附图6幅,参考文献5篇。
The effects of roller profiles on contact pressure distribution have been discussed with numerical solution based on the influence coefficient method. The problems of the contact singularity and pressure concentration in elastic line contact of finite length are described.It has been clearly shown that the singularity must be precluded and the pressure concentration should be decreased in the design of profiled rollers. It has been demonstrated that the Lundberg's logarithmic profile is an optimal one for the selection of roller profiles. The size of the crown should be determined by operating conditions. Results of computation and analysis are suitable for other machine elements in which the line contact interface is included, as gears, cam-tappet, etc.
