摘要
本文用按时间取样的方法对滚针抛窜工艺中其凸度的变化规律进行了试验研究,用三维有限长弹性接触问题的数值解法,分析了抛窜加工时间因素对滚针凸度形成规律的影响,并与跌落量参数随时间的变化规律相对照,探讨了用接触压力分布参数评定抛窜滚针凸度的方法,提供了一种评价抛窜工艺性能的实用方法.
The experiment analysis of the crowning value variation about the flicker burnishing by obtained samples at different section of the finishing process is presented in this paper. The numerical calculation of threedimensional elastic contact problems of finite length is been used to the analysis. Comparing to the crown drop at the measurement point which is varied on time, a distribution parameter of contact pressure is proposed for evaluated the process, which gives another practical useful method for critical the flicker burnishing.
