摘要
目的 :用中药减轻放射的急性反应。方法 :96例鼻咽癌随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,两组均予根治性放射治疗 (简称放疗 ) ,在放疗过程中 ,治疗组口服“鼻咽灵片”配合放疗 ,对照组含漱朵贝液配合放疗。结果 :口腔粘膜和皮肤急性放射损伤 ,治疗组分别为 6 8 75 %和 12 5 % ,对照组分别为 93 75 %和 5 6 2 5 % (P <0 0 1) ;口腔粘膜损伤者中 ,其出现损伤时的放射剂量 ,治疗组与对照组分别为 ( 4 5 2 38± 9 772 )Gy和 ( 2 9 739± 10 0 4 2 )Gy(P <0 0 1) ;在放疗中 ,呕吐发生率 ,治疗组与对照组分别为 7 6 3%和 16 0 4 % (P <0 0 5 ) ;白细胞减少发生率 ,治疗组与对照组分别为 14 5 8%和 18 75 % (P <0 0 5 ) ;结束放疗时 ,鼻咽部癌灶和颈淋巴结的残存率 ,治疗组分别为 10 4 2 %和 18 75 % ,对照组分别为 14 5 8%和 2 2 92 % (P <0 0 5 ) ;治疗组口服“鼻咽灵片”未见任何不良反应。结论 :“鼻咽灵片”能明显减轻放疗引起的粘膜、皮肤急性损伤 ,提高了患者的生存质量 ,且不降低放疗近期的疗效。
Objective:To study the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the relief of acute radiation injury.Methods:96 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinomas were divided randomly into 2 groups,treatment group and control group.Both of them were treated with radical radiotherapies,with the former orally taking additional Biyanlin tablets,the latter rinsed Dobell's solution.Results:The occurring rates of buccal mucous traumas in two groups were 68.75% and 93.75% respectively,rate of derma radiation traumas were 12.5% and 56.25%(P<0.01).The radiation doses causing buccal mucous traumas in two groups were 45.238 Gy±9.772 Gy and 29.739 Gy±10.042 Gy respectively(P<0.01).The occurring rate of vomit were 7.63% and 16.04% (P<0.05).The leucocyte decrease rates were 14.58% and 18.75% respetively (P<0.05).There is no side-effects in treatment group.Conclusion:Orally taking biyanlin tablets can reduce buccal mucous traumas and derma radiation traumas,and improve patients' living quality,while did not reduce radiation curative effects.
