摘要
目的研究康艾注射液对鼻咽癌放射治疗(简称放疗)的增敏减毒作用。方法将100例Ⅰ、Ⅱ期鼻咽癌患者随机分成综合组与对照组,行前瞻性研究。两组患者均采用加速器6mVX线放疗,常规分割DT70GY。综合组在放疗开始至结束使用康艾注射液;对照组单纯放疗。结果综合组与对照组控制瘤体的完全缓解率分别为96%和76%,治疗后白细胞减少发生率分别为5%和13%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合组治疗前、后T淋巴细胞亚群差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组治疗前、后对比,以及综合组与对照组治疗后相比,T淋巴细胞亚群差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对早期鼻咽癌患者放疗时加用康艾注射液能提高治疗效果,减轻不良反应。
Objective To explore the function of increasing the therapentic effect and releasing the toxic of Kangai injection adding radiotherapy in treating nasopharyngenal carcinomas. Methods 100 cases of nasopharyngenal carcinomas were divided randomly into the integrate group and the contrast group. 6MV-X ray produced by accelerator with conventional field and conventionally-fractionated method was adopt during radiotherapy. The integrate group was treated both by Kangai injection from beginning to end and by radiotherapy,and the contrast group was treated by radiotherapy only. Results The catabatic ratios of controlled tumor in the integration group and the contrast group were 96% and 75% respectively. The occurrence ratios of leueoey was decreased by 5% and 15% respectively. All difference has significant meaning（P〈0.05）. About lymphocyte subtype, there was no significant difference in the integrate group before after therapy（P〈0.05）, while there was significant difference in the contrast group before and therapy（P〈0.05）. Compared with the integrate group and the contrast group, there also was significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Kangai injection can improve the curative effect and reduce the side effect of radiotherapy on nasopharyngenal carcinomas.
