摘要
研究了磁化处理对浮选药剂性能和浮选效果的影响.结果表明:经磁化处理后轻柴油的表面张力和黏度分别降低了7.91%和13.66%,仲辛醇的表面张力和黏度分别降低了3.73%和7.87%,磁化处理后轻柴油在煤表面吸附量增加幅度约为在煤矸石和黄铁矿表面吸附量增加幅度的1倍.磁化处理捕收剂、起泡剂对煤和煤矸石的可浮性均有影响,对煤的影响尤为显著.磁化处理后水玻璃对煤矸石、黄铁矿的抑制效果增强,而对煤无明显影响.
Influence of magnetization treatment of agents on magnetization and flotation was researched. The result shows that 1) the surface tension and viscosity may decrease by 7.91% and 13.66% for light diesel oil and 3.73% and 7.87% for 2-octyl alcohol, respectively, after magnetization; 2) the adsorption volume of magnetized light diesel oil and frothing agents on coal surface and is twice of that on coal gangue and pyrite. So the magnetization treatment can influence the flotation of both coal and coal gangue, with the coal in particular. The magnetized sodium silicate has an intensive depression effect on coal gangue and pyrite but no infulence on coal.
