白云石表面溶出Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)对其可浮性的影响 被引量:10

Influence of Calcium and Magnesium Ions Dissolved from Dolomite Surface on Dolomite Flotability

摘要 钙镁质磷矿石中白云石因其较高的溶解性导致矿浆中含有大量Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)影响浮选指标。通过测定溶出离子浓度,研究了pH对白云石表面离子溶出行为的影响。考察了酸性条件下白云石表面溶出液及添加Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)对其可浮性、Zeta电位和捕收剂吸附量的影响。结果表明:酸性条件下白云石表面Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)溶出速率快,符合二级动力学方程;自然pH及碱性条件下溶出相对缓慢,符合一级动力学方程。白云石表面溶出Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)抑制其浮选,与人工添加Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)浮选效果相同。Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)对白云石表面Zeta电位无明显影响,但使捕收剂在白云石表面吸附量减小,可浮性下降。 Due to the high solubility of the phosphate ore,a large number of calcium and magnesium ions are dissolved into the pulp,which affects flotation index. The ion concentration of calcium and magnesium ions were measured to investigate the influence of pulp p H on the ion dissolution of dolomite surface. Then,the effects of dissolution liquid,as well as artificial addition calcium and magnesium ions on dolomite floatability,zeta potential and collector adsorption quantity,were studied systematically. The results showed that the dissolution rates of calcium and magnesium ions are relatively fast in acidic condition,which conforms to the second-order kinetics model. While in natural p H or alkaline conditions,the dissolution rates are slow,and accord with the first-order kinetics model. In addition,the inhibitory effects of calcium and magnesium ions dissolved from the dolomite are equal to the effect of artificial addition calcium and magnesium ions. The calcium and magnesium ions have no significant effect on the zeta potential of dolomite surface,but decrease the collector adsorption amount,resulting in the degressive floatability.
