采油污水除油用浮选机的分析 被引量:1

摘要 当采油污水温度较高时,加压溶气式浮选机能提供的气水质量比很有限,以至它一次能除去的油较少。气泡越小则污水需在机内停留时间越长。Wemco类型浮选机比较容易提供大得多的气水比,浮选效率高。这使其所占空间及运行质量比高效加压溶气式浮选机小得多。Wemco类型浮选机对来水含油量及水温等工艺条件的波动适应能力较强,且其除油方式有利于提高总体除油率。 It point out in this paper according to analysis that, when the temperature of produced water is high, the ratio of air to water is limited in dissolved air floatation machine than the oil dislodged by it. The less of the air bubbles, and the longer the floatation time would be. Wemco type floatation machine can provide much higher ratio of air to water and its floatation efficiency is high. So its dimensions and operating weight and much less than the dissolved air floatation machine. It also points out that the adoptability of Wemco type floatation machine is more suitable for greater variation of oil content and water temperature in sewage water. And its mechanism of deoiling is favorable for improving overall deoiling efficiency. It proposes to use air suction (ratio of air to water) as an important technical parameter. The supplier should provide information on the air suction (air to water ratio). It is also presented the problems to be further studied and the disadvantages of ejector floatation machine. It suggests in this paper that Wemco floatation machine is more suitable for offshore platforms. It is worthwhile to study these problems in order to do a better job in regard to the floatation of produced water.
