摘要
用我国发现的4个陆地棉Gossypium hirsutum L.)核雄性不育系和6个常规品种配制了24个杂交组合,对19个性状进行了分析。结果表明,阆A在皮棉产量方面,81A在纤维品质和早熟性方面具有较高的一般配合力效应,为较理想的亲本。与常规品种相比,不育系的特殊配合力方差较小。对产量因素和纤维品质性状的遗传参数估计表明,多数产量因素以加性遗传效应为主,杂种一代表现为部分显性;而多数纤维品质性状则以显性效应为主,加性效应次之,这与常规品种×常规品种的遗传效应有所不同。
Four male sterile lines of Upland cotton and six commercial cultivars were crossed with NCII designto analyse combining ability for 13 agronomic and 6 fiber quality characters.It is shown that the lintyield of Lang—A and the fiber quality characters and the earliness traits of 81A have higher GCA effectsthan those of other two male sterile lines.Therefore,they could be ideal parents.The SCA variances ofmale sterile lines were lower than those of commercial cultivars (male fertile).The additive genetic effectis more important for most yield components,whereas partial dominance effect existed in the F_1 hybrids.As for most fiber quality characters,dominant genetic effect is more important and with less additive ef-fect.The genetic effects were different for two kinds of hybrids produced respectively by crossing geneticmale sterile lines with fertile eultivars and among commercial cultivars.
