摘要
陆地棉洞A型衍生棱雄性不育系473A小孢子败育过程的细胞学观察结果表明,大部分花粉母细胞能正常地形成,但其胞质融合以及粘连现象较为普遍;减数分裂过程不正常,常能观察到中期Ⅰ,后期Ⅰ等时期的落后单价体以及染色体的不均衡分离,并产生一分、二分、三分以及多分孢子;主要败育时期是单核早期,在小孢子外壁加厚,刺状外突后,它的原生质体就急剧解体,走向败育,少部分小孢子的败育可延迟至单核中期。绒毡层、中层的发育和解体与小孢子的败育关系不大。
Cytology of pollen abortion of 473A derivative line of Dong-A genie male sterile line in upland cotton is presented in this paper. Flower buds collected from 473A male-sterile and TM-1(as control) fertile plants were fixed, dehydrated, embedded and stained by the usual paraffin method. The cytomixis of pollen mother cells and such abnormalities in the stage of meiosis of 473A male-sterile line were often observed as lagbehind univalent in Metaphase Ⅰ and Anaphase Ⅰ and Ⅱ, unequal distribution of chromosomes and production of monoad, dyad, triad and polyad. The developing pollen grains were shrivelled and shrunken, losing their contents and finally disintegrating after the pollen wall differentiation and spine dcvelopment. In a few Iocules, pollen abortion could last till the unicleate stage. The tapetal cells and middle layer behaved normally and did not appear to be the cause of male-sterility.
