摘要
4个陆地棉核雄性不育系与6个常规品种杂种一代的遗传分析表明,产量性状主要存在着加性基因效应,F1代表现为部分显性;对于纤维品质性状,则显性效应大于加性效应,部分性状甚至表现为超显性。除衣分和子棉产量外,其它性状与皮棉产量的相关均不显著;产量及产量构成因素与纤维品质性状间多为不显著正相关。
Four male sterile lines of upland cotton and six commercial cultivars were crossed according to NC Ⅱ design for genetic analysis. It is shown that the additive genetic effect is more important for most yield components,wherease partial dominance effect existed in the F1 hybrids. As for most fiber quality characters,dominant genetic effect is more important and less important with the additive effect.Significant correlation of F1 hybrids was not observed between yield and its components except lint percentage and seed yield,and between lint yield and lint quality characters.
