摘要
目的 : 研究神经生长因子 (nervegrowthfactor,NGF)受体P75和P14 0trkA在寻常型银屑病发病机制中的作用。方法 : 应用原位杂交技术检测了 33例寻常型银屑病患者 (18例为进展期 ,15例为静止期 )和 10例正常人皮肤组织中两受体 (P75和P14 0trkA)mRNA的表达情况。结果 : 与正常人皮肤比较 ,寻常型银屑病皮损及非皮损中P75和P14 0trkA受体mRNA的表达明显上调 ,且皮损中的表达明显高于非皮损区 (P <0 .0 1) ;进展期患者皮损与非皮损中P75和P14 0trkA受体mRNA的表达分别高于静止期患者的皮损与非皮损区 (P <0 .0 1)。结论
Objective: To determine the effect of nerve growth factor (NGF) receptors P75 and P140 trkA in the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods: The expression of NGFR P75 and P140 trkA mRNA were investigated by in situ hydridization in 33 cases of psoriasis vulgaris and 10 normal controls. Results: Compared with normal controls, the expression of P75 and P140 trkA mRNA in lesions and non-lesion skin of the patients with psoriasis vulgaris was obviously up-regulated, and that in psoriatic lesions was superior to those in non-lesion skin (P< 0.01). Expression of P75 and P140trkA mRNA in lesions and non-lesion skin of the patients with active stage of psoriasis vulgaris was significantly higher than that with stable stage of the disease respectively (P< 0.01). Conclusion: NGF and its receprors (P75 and P140 trkA) may be the important substances involved in the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris.
