摘要
以经济学为基础的热过程系统的优化,优化效果好、优化计算时间短,近年来发展迅速。损耗的正确估算是经济学优化的关键之一,换热器是石油化工、热电等行业中应用最广泛的单元设备之一。本文对换热器的损耗进行了较为深入的分析研究,给出了主要影响因素及对损耗的作用。
Optimization method of a thermal system based on exergoeconomics has been developed rapidly in these years, because of its better optimization results and shorter calculation time. Exergy destruction and investment cost are two important variables in cost optimization of a thermal system and its components. Heat exchanger is one of the most widely used equipments in petrochemical plants, power plants and so on. Exergy destruction of heat exchangers is studied. Effect of the minimum temperature difference between the hot and the cold flows Δ\%T\%_(min), the average temperatures of the hot flow and the cold flow Tha and Tca, the ratio of the heat capacity rates between the hot flow and the cold flow (_cc_(ph)/_hc_(pc)), the pressure drops in the hot and the cold flows, and the rate of heat exchange on the exergy destruction is discussed.
