摘要
邢台发电厂5号机停机后快速冷却以缩短检修工期。通过快冷过程中对国产200MW机组高压调节级和中压第13级后转子部位的热应力及寿命损耗分析,得出合理的快速冷却对机组引起的寿命损耗率可忽略不计,并且在机组胀差允许的条件下可进一步提高冷却速度。
The No.5 turbine-generator unit in Xingtai power plant has been fast cooled so as to shorten the maintenance time. Analysis of the thermal stress fatigue of H.P and I.P adjustable stages of the 200MW unit made in China, indicates that cyclic life expenditure resulted from fast cooling may be ignored and the cooling rate may be increased if unit expansion permites.
