摘要
肝硬化腹水为常见病,预后不良。理想的治疗应针对肝硬化,以改善肝脏组织学改变及其功能,从根本上逆转导致腹水的病理基础,但至今尚无肯定有效的方法。然而,中医治疗本病通过长期的观察与总结,在理论与认识上都有不少提高。
Ascites of cirrhosis is usually considered as one of the four diseases of the difficult to cure by the traditional Chinese medicine.It is included in the category of expanding disease.Up to now,there is'nt satisfactory treatment methods.The author thinks that,in the general treatment or in the clinical study, we should work hard at the ideas and the methods how to disappear more efficienthy the ascites.The treatment should not be confined only to one prescription.The author presents his idea and method in the article.It is valuable and referencial in the clinical practice.
