摘要
提出瘀血阻络是肝硬化腹水 (HCA )的病理基础 ,活血利水是其根本治疗大法 ,并以此为指导拟中药活血利水方 ,对 30例 HCA患者进行了系统的临床观察 ,总有效率达到 70 % ,能有效地改善临床症状和体征 ,具有较好的利尿和消除腹水的功效 ;能升高 A / G比值 ,降低血清球蛋白 GL O,免疫球蛋白 Ig G,Ig A,增加 CD3,CD4/ CD8。动物实验显示 ,本方能明显降低血清 AL T,AST以及 HA,NO含量 ,升高 AL B和 A/ G比值。结果表明本方具有改善肝肾功能、调节机体免疫功能。
Obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis is the basic pathology of ascites due to cirrhosis of liver.For the above,activating blood circulation and inducing diuresis are the basic treatment of ascites.In clinical study,30 cases of ascites treated with Huoxue Lishui recipe were observed.The results showed the total rate is 70.0%.It indicated the recipe improved the symptoms and signs dramatically,decreased ratio of A/G,reduced serum levels of IgA and IgG,increased ratio of CD 4/CD 8 and serum level of CD 3.In experimental study,the results showed the recipe increased serum levels of ALB and ratio of A/G,decreased serum levels of ALT,AST,HA and NO.It indicated that the recipe has remarkable effects on ascites due to cirrhosis of liver through improving liver function,adjusting the body immunity,prohibiting the progress of liver fibrosis and lowering the hyperdymatic circulation.
