摘要
用硫酸法钛白生产的废酸作浸取剂浸取某铂钯矿时,浸出液中Fe2+含量高达40~50g/L,Cr3+、Mn2+、TiO32+等杂质含量也高达每升数克,使浸出液综合回收的难度增大。试验证明:用黄铵铁矾法能够很好地实现除铁和铁镁分离。比其它方法能够制得质量更好的铁红,而含镁溶液经过这一步净化以后,采用混沉镁剂,可成功地沉镁,并制取优质的轻质氧化镁。
In the process of leaching the platinum-palladium ore with the waste sulfuric acid as leaching agent, a majority of the Mg and Fe contained in the ore is leached into solution. The recovery of Mg and Fe from the solution, however, has proved very difficult due to the complication in composition, with Fe^(2+) being as high as 40~50 g/L, and Cr^(3+), Mn^(2+), TiO_3^(2+) in the order of g/L in the solution. The test results shown that the removal of Fe and the separation of Fe from Mg can be successfully realized by jarosite process, and the iron red obtained can be in a better quality. A high quality light magnesium oxide can be produced from the Mg-containing solution, after which being further purified by using mixed magnesium precipitant.
