摘要
对某低品位铂钯矿采用酸浸降镁,一段浸出时Mg、Fe浸出率分别为80 46%和80 00%;两段浸出,Mg的浸出率在95%以上。采用Fe3+水解法提铁,可实现浸出液中Mg、Fe的有效分离;Mg、Fe分离后,MgSO4溶液中的Fe含量<0 1%,Mg分离在91%以上。镁最终回收率约为80 0%。轻质氧化镁的主含量>95%,铁红主含量>70%。
The method of acid leaching has been used to remove magnesium from platinum-palladium ore. The results indicate that the leaching rate of Mg and Fe is 80.46% and 80.00% respectively under suitable conditions. A plan of two-step leaching is adopted for the purpose of further increasing the leaching rate of Mg which is above 95%. Mg and Fe can be separated efficiently by hydrolysis method of Fe^(3+), and after separation Mg and Fe, the content of Fe in MgSO_4 solution is lower 0.1%, the recovery of Mg is above 91%.The total recovery of Mg is about 80%.The main content of light magnesium oxide is above 95% and iron oxide red is above 70%.
