摘要
铂钯精矿不仅含Pt、Pd品位高 ,而且含有锇、铱、铑、钌 ,同时还伴生有价金属铜、镍、钴。采用熟化预处理方法 ,使铂钯从脉石或其他矿物中解离出来 ,达到铂钯与其他有价金属和脉石矿物分离的目的。本次试验获得预浸时铜、镍、钴浸出率分别为 99 5 5 %、98 74%和 92 17% ,氧化浸出时铂、钯的浸出率分别为 89 93 %和 89 2 6%的较好技术指标。
Pt Pd concentrates contain not only high grade of Pt and Pd,but also Os?Ir?Rh?Ru and valued metals such as Cu Ni and Co Adopting curing pre treating method,Pt and Pd can be separated from gangue and other minerals The experimental results indicated that the leaching rates of Cu,Ni and Co during pre leaching stage are 99 55%,98 74% and 92 17% respectively,and then the leaching rates of Pt and Pd during oxidizing leaching stage are 89 93% and 89 26% respectively
