摘要
指出了烧结法精液钠硅渣不分离加石灰乳脱硅工艺存在的问题,通过实验室研究,提出了加絮凝剂使硅渣浆液快速分离,加石灰乳深度脱硅的工艺流程。并初步预测了该工艺实施后的经济效益。
The problems existed in sintering desilication process added with milk of lime but without separating sodium-silica slag in pregnant liquor are pointed out. Through laboratory research, the process, that quickly separating silica-slag slurry by adding flocculants and deeply desilicating by adding milk of lime, are put forward, and the economic benefits after implementation of the process is also predicted.
