摘要
针对山西铝厂烧结法精液硅量指数偏低影响碳分分解率及产品质量的现状 ,研究了精液硅量指数达到 10 0 0左右的最佳脱硅工艺条件 ,以此为依据 ,将深度脱硅工艺流程做了改进 。
In view of low index of silicon in pregnant in sintering section of Shanxi Aluminum Plant that affected carbon decomposition and product quality, investigation on optimum desiliconizing process conditions with silicon index reached about 1000 was conducted, based on which the deep desiliconizing process has been improved. The paper analyses preliminarily the economic benefits after the improvement.
