摘要
针对烧结过程无返粉补充的情况,通过采取提高烧结机脱硫能力、改进配料及工艺设备、提高制酸系统SO2烟气处理能力等措施,很好地实现了烧结工艺自身的平衡生产。生产实践证明此项目具有较高的经济、环保及社会效益。
Aiming at is no return fines in sintering process, measures such as raising desulphurizing ability, improvements of charging mixture and proeess equipment, raising handling capability of SO2 fume in acid plant are taked, the equilibrium production of sintering technique is realized successfully. The praetice of production shows that the project had many good benefits such as economy, environmental protection and society.
