摘要
以液态 4,4′ 二氨基二苯基甲烷四缩水甘油胺为基体树脂、四溴双酚A为增粘剂、 1 氰乙基 2 甲基咪唑为固化剂 ,采用预浸法制成了复合材料。复合材料在中温 ( 93℃ )初固化后有足够的强度 ,在卸模后的高温 ( 15 0℃×1h +180℃× 2h)后固化过程中、在无支撑自由状态下能够保持自身尺寸的稳定性 。
A composite was prepared by prepreg process, with liquid TGDDM as matrix resin, TBBA as thickening agent and 1-cy-noethyl-2-methylimidazole as curing agent. Results showed when initially cured at 90℃,the prepared composite had sufficient strength, and during the post-curing at elevated temperature(150℃ for 1h +180℃ for 2h), it had good dimensional stability without the need for a high temperature master. The composite could be used as the mould composite for the preparation of bis-maleimide advanced composite materials(ACM).
