摘要
本文研究了氰乙基醋酸纤维素反渗透膜的酸性水解速度,探讨了其耐酸性能优于醋酸纤维素的原因,发现氰乙基的存在,不影响乙酰基的水解速率,但由于氰乙基同时水解成羧乙基,部分补偿了乙酰基水解的重量损失,提高了氰乙基醋酸纤维素反渗透膜的耐酸性能。
The hydrolysis rate of reverse osmosis membrane of cyanoethyl cellu-lose acetate (CECA) was studied in acid medium.The reason for the goodacid resistance of CECA was discussed.It was found that the hydrolysisrate of acetyl group was not affected by the existence of cyanoethylgroup,but the weight loss caused by the hydrolysis of acetyl group waspartly compensated because cyanoethyl group hydrolyzed to carboxethylgroup.Therefore,the acid resistance of CECA reverse osmosis membranewas better than that of cellulose acetate.
